Biography
On behalf of my family I would like to thank everyone who is here today and
for those who have sent their condolences. We have received countless
messages, Texts, flowers, visits, continuous phone calls, thoughts and prayers.
They have been both comforting & thankful during this difficult time and have
been a constant reminder of the impact that Witteline had on so many others..
Witteline Metayer was born on September 7, 1994 in Port-au-Prince Haiti
which where she shortly lived before moving to Miami Florida in 1999.
Witteline as some of you may known her as “Tati” which was short for
Katiana, was a Courages competitive individual who enjoyed playing sports.
From the early age of seven years old she joined the basketball In Gratigny
elementary in which she attended from 2002-2006 . She continued to display
her love for basketball as she continue to play in her middle schools years at
North Miami middle school from 2006 to 2009. Her high school years were
nothing less than marvelous, while attending North Miami Senior high she
displayed her love for not only basketball but also for volleyball & boxing.
Tati was a true multi talented team player with a heart of a lion . Although
TATI did not have any children, she was the oldest in the household so
therefore, she played a motherly role; being a protector, provider, and a great
leader. She was full of life, feisty and down right fun and most importantly she
had eternal love for her family. We weren’t her only love ones though, Tati
had a strong connection with many friends and people around the
neighborhood . With an aura so pleasant, an aura so kind it was in fact the
reason why so many friends and family loved her. Count on Her to uplift
anyone spirit because even in any height of a crisis, she aspired to do nothing
but her lived here life to her happiest extent. She was survived by her father,
Richardson Metayer, stepmother Anide Teneus, Sibilings Richardline Metayer,
Richnineder Metayer, Nash Metayer, Taicha Metayer, Yolanda Metayer,
Rubenson Metayer, Vesline Metayer & Livesta Metayer.
